Using Einstein Relativity
. . . to Look into Religion

Can we "know" spiritual truth?

Since Einstein was a scientist, how do his ideas relate to studying religion?

The answer is that Einstein's ideas about "time travel" relate directly to religion. According to Einstein, if you could travel faster than the speed of light, then you could go back in time. If this were true, you could go back in time and foretell the future very accurately and consistently.

To explain this idea, consider the tragic events in the United States on 9-11-2001. Imagine that you are able to time travel to the year 1999. Since you would know the details of the events on 9-11-2001, you could accurately and consistently foretell of the events that would occur on 9-11-2001. By doing this feat, you would show yourself to be a prophet.

However, Einstein came to the conclusion that no one will ever be able to time travel to the past. It is impossible to travel faster than the speed of light to go back into history and then foretell of future human events.

Special Relativity

Based on the time-travel principle, we have the scientific principles that let us look into the claim that a person referred to as a prophet receives words from the Creator, who reveals future human events accurately and consistently. We can conclude that the time-travel principle is the "key" to finding out if God exists and whether spiritual truth has been revealed to the human race.

The entire physical creation is limited by (locked inside) time and space. No human being will ever be able to time travel to the past to foretell future human events. In contrast, if there is a Creator who is NOT limited by time and space (not controlled by time or space), then the Creator would know all human events that will ever occur. The Creator could potentially be present in the past, the present, and the distant future. This means that the Creator could reveal to a human being what would happen in their future.

Now use your imagination. Imagine yourself not being controlled by time. From the distant future, you could choose to appear anywhere in human history to foretell the future. Just as important, the foretold events would have to be consistently accurate (100% of the time) since you would absolutely know future events. The following graphic shows that information from outside time-space must be consistently accurate about future human events.

In addition, it is important to understand that if a so-called prophet does not consistently and accurately foretell the future, then that prophet is not speaking words from beyond our universe. This principle permits us to isolate spiritual truth from spiritual deception.
