"Many will come in my name, claiming, " I am the Christ," and will deceive many" (Matt. 24:5). Will the false messiah be assassinated, then rise from the dead on the third day? Will Christians and others be deceived by a Jesus look alike? Explore how the prophetic fasts foretell of the false messiah who will appear with counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders.

When Babylon destroyed Jerusalem in 586 BC, four prophetic fasts evolved from this time of tribulation for the Jewish people. Seventy years later, the prophet Zechariah foretold that the four fasts would someday be observed as feasts, implying that prophetic events would happen on these specific dates. Today, religious Jews still observe these fasts and await their future fulfillment as foretold by Zechariah. Could the fasts point to events in the great tribulation? Discover the eerie link from the prophetic fasts to the occult messiah.

How do the prophetic fasts foretell of the false messiah? Jesus, the Christian Messiah, fulfilled Old Testament feasts by dying on the Passover, rising from the dead on Sunday (the feast of First Fruits), and pouring out his Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost. Jesus fulfilled the springtime biblical feasts on exact dates, showing the feasts were prophetic of the true Messiah. Discover how the prophetic fasts mimic the springtime feasts by foretelling of the false messiah and his supernatural deeds.

Below is a "Fast" that may be Prophetic

An example Fast that may symbolize events in the books of Daniel and Revelation. Consider the Fast of Tammuz, which commemorates the day that stopped the daily sacrifice at the temple by both Babylon in 586 BC as well as Rome in AD 70. In the book of Daniel, future events are linked to counting days from the day on which the "daily sacrifice" is to be stopped.

"From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days" (Daniel 12:11-12).

In November, 2004, the newly formed Sanhedrin sacrificed a goat as they make preparations for building a temple. The temple is required to fulfill the final sign of the end in Matthew 24:3, 15 (also see Mark 13:4, 14).

The Number 14 in Daniel's 70 Weeks Prophecy

Discover time spans of 140 days as well as 1,400 days hidden in Daniel's prophecy of the 70 weeks. These numbers appear to be related to stopping the daily sacrifice. Moreover, these time spans based on the number 14 support that the 14,000 days appear to be credible.
