- According to the prophet Zechariah, the Feast of Tabernacles
foretells of Christ's millennial kingdom.
Then it will come about that any who are left
of all the nations that went against Jerusalem will go up from year
to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to celebrate the
Feast of Tabernacles. (Zech 14:16).
- The Feast of Tabernacles is the final autumn feast. Consider
the sequence of autumn feasts as they depict the return of
Christ.

- Alignments between Old Testament feasts and New Testament
events show that history appears to be designed and controlled
by a Supreme Being. Consider the astronomical relationship
between the feasts or that the heavens are simply a reflection
of God controlling human events.
"Do not let anyone judge you by what
you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New
Moon celebration or a Sabbath Day. These are a shadow of the
things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in
Christ" (Col. 2:16-17).
